Hotel arrangements must be made directly through the Omni Richmond Hotel.   A block of rooms is being held, but reservations must be made by April 1.  Call the hotel at 1-800-843-6664 or (804) 344-7000.  Indicate that you are with the conference in order to secure the special rate of $90.40 (single occupancy) or $113.00 (double occupancy), including tax.  Lodging is not included in the conference registration fee.

Parking

Parking will be available at the Omni for $17.50 per day.

Parking will also be available from Standard Parking in a parking deck and lot at 14th and Cary Streets.  The cost is $20 for the entire conference (Sunday - Wednesday).  Daily parking is also available at regular rates.

Bicycles will be allowed in guest rooms at the Omni.
