Conference
registration is through Virginia Tech Continuing and
Professional Education. If you choose to mail in a
registration form and payment, send them to Registrar,
Continuing and Professional Education, 702 University
City Boulevard, Mail Code 0272, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg,
VA 24061.
Registration
includes:
- sessions
- mobile
workshops
- access
to exhibits
- welcome
reception on Sunday evening
- breakfast
on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- lunch
on Monday and Tuesday
- dinner
event on Monday evening
Mobile
workshops and excursions are offered on a space-available,
first-come, first-served basis. If you need
to make a change related to a mobile workshop or excursion,
please contact the registrar prior to the conference.
Technical
workshops and several excursions have an additional
fee, as noted on the registration form. One
day registration for the conference or the technical
workshops is also available.
Attire
Dress
for the conference is casual. Excursions and
mobile workshops are held rain or shine, so bring
suitable rain gear, boots and clothing for any excursions
and mobile workshops you plan to attend.
Refund
and Cancellation Policy
Request
for refunds will be honored if the request is received
no later than April 1, 2005. After April
1, refunds will not be given. Substitutions
are allowed.
