includes: the Counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski; the City of Radford; the Towns of Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Floyd, Narrows, Pearisburg, Pulaski, and Rich Creek; plus Radford University and Virginia Tech.
