BikeWalk Roanoke Valley

The Roanoke chapter of BikeWalk Virginia, the Blue Ridge Bicycle Club, and RIDE Solutions, a Sustaining Partner of BikeWalk Virginia, are working together on bike events in May.

RIDE Solutions is organizing the annual Clean Commute Day event and pledge, with special emphasis on Bike-to-Work Day routes on May 16, 2008. You can get information about Clean Commute Day, the Pledge, and the Bike-to-Work Routes from www.ridesolutions.org/cleancommute.

The Roanoke Valley Chapter of BikeWalk Virginia invites member participation from the Cities of Roanoke and Salem, and the Counties of Roanoke, Botetourt, Craig, and Bedford.  Interested citizens are welcome to join us in advocating and educating for improved biking, hiking, walking, paddling, and equestrian opportunities.
